Original Works was the first company to publish me, namely You May Go Now, my REALLY STRANGE PLAY IN WHICH A MAN LIVES IN A REFRIGERATOR AND A GIRL FINDS OUT SHE WAS KIDNAPPED AFTER LEARNING HOW TO MAKE A LAYER CAKE. Not sure. Years later, it’s getting a production in Vegas, which gives me an incredibly valid reason to go, but I can’t. But I do get this free T-shirt which is almost as good as going to Vegas, shimmying into a sparkly tube top, pretending to know how to gamble, losing 500 bucks and ending up face down in a plate of cheese fries, which is what going to Vegas is like, in my mind.
