All of the Lights

September 20th, 2012 by Bekah Brunstetter

Okay, LA. I like you, but sometimes it’s just that New York better understands things, like lights. In NYC, you’ll be in a cab cruising down an avenue, because the lights are smart or it might just be that they’re timed to actually allow traffic to, you know, move – turning green and red simultaneously, in some sort of organized fashion. But your lights are dumb. Your lights are impetuous and mean. Once one light finally turns green, the next one is turning red. WHY?! WHY IS THIS?! Your lights need to STOP working on their screenplays and START getting real.
